CrossFit Metric – Olympic Lifting

Weightlifting WoD:
a.) Barbell 1: Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch below knees
– 70% 2+2

b.) Barbell 2: Snatch High Pulls
– 90% x 5

Ideally there are two bars set up for this wod.

One round: exercise a and then without resting, perform exercise b. Rest 2 min. and repeat for 4 more rounds.

Front Squat Workout:
70% x 5
75% x 5
80% x 5
85% x 5
